CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS
These vacancies exist in our Customer Service Centre at the Head Office and they should fulfil the following requirements ;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good command of the English Language
- Excellent and courteous phone manners
- Prompt attention to online & offline customer related queries and complaints
- Sustain cordial working relationship with the customer base
- School leavers with A/L qualifications and computer literacy (MS word & Excel) with exposure to e-mail are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Telemarketing preferred
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an advantage
