CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS

These vacancies exist in our Customer Service Centre at the Head Office and they should fulfil the following requirements ;

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Good command of the English Language
  • Excellent and courteous phone manners
  • Prompt attention to online & offline customer related queries and complaints
  • Sustain cordial working relationship with the customer base
  • School leavers with A/L qualifications and computer literacy (MS word & Excel) with exposure to e-mail are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Telemarketing preferred
  • Ability to communicate in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an advantage
