Nihal Rathnayake, Executive Director/CEO Mr. Nihal Ratnayake counts nearly 20 years of experience in Business Development, Business Start-Ups, Company restructuring programmes and Project Management. Mr. Rathnayake completed his higher education in the United Kingdom and holds a commercial pilots license with instrument rating. He was the Assistant General Manager - Business Development of Hutchison Telecommunication (Private) Limited, Sri Lanka and has extensive experience in the Telecommunications Sector. Currently he serves Tritel as the Executive Director, CEO and country representative of the board in overall charge of operations and corporate affairs playing a pivotal role in the company. He is a specialist in execution of corporate decentralisations and centralisations programmes and mergers and practices a unique style of management to effectively galvanize human resources for the successful accomplishment of corporate goals.
